Hello!  

My name is Bryan, I am an airline pilot, who also happens to love untangling the puzzles of money, personal finance, investment, business, data, valuation, education, philosophy, life and mindfulness.

As a result, I am at the intersection of these important topics that are largely disconnected from each other. However, it is my believe that these important topics should come together in achieving true happiness and this website is my attempt to do so.

Broadly speaking, the website is broken down into five sections. The first, Blog, which contains all my writings on the various topics. The second, Real Estate, which links to my real estate brokerage information and listings. The third, Projects, which links to external websites or pages of entities in which I am involved in. The fourth, Reading List, is where I share books I am currently reading and also inspirational books I had read from the past. The fifth, Tools & Resources, contains documents and spreadsheets that I have developed over time.

I hold an Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence, a Diploma in Interior Design, a Registered Financial Planner qualification by the Malaysian Financial Planning Council, a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence by the Securities Commission of Malaysia and a Real Estate Negotiator tag by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.

I am presently engrossed with Valuation inspired by Professor Aswath Damodaran and am also considering an MBA or CFA qualification if I can find the time in the near future.
